Dr. M.S.U. Sharif is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and academic with a profound commitment to the advancement of agriculture and agribusiness in Bangladesh and beyond. As the Founder Chairman of Krishibid Link and the Managing Director of Krishibid Link Grains Limited, Dr. Sharif has played a pivotal role in developing sustainable agricultural initiatives and value chains. His leadership extends to several organizations, including Agro Touch, Universal Trading House, and Metamorphosis, where he serves as Director and Advisor. With an academic background in Avian Physiology (M.S.), Dr. Sharif has contributed to the scientific community through research publications focusing on poultry nutrition and growth performance. He has participated in a range of international training programs on supply chain management, R&D, animal nutrition, and quality control, reflecting his multidisciplinary expertise. Dr. Sharif is also a dedicated global professional, having visited numerous countries—including Germany, France, Sweden, Vietnam, South Korea, Thailand, and India—to explore agricultural innovations, global trade opportunities, and development practices. Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Sharif is deeply involved in social development and community leadership, serving as a life member and executive of several professional and regional organizations, including the Krishibid Institution, Agriculturist Forum of Bangladesh, and Nalitabari Development Forum.

Dr. Nagib Mahfuz is a visionary leader in Bangladesh’s veterinary industry, currently serving as the CEO of VetCare BD Solution Limited. He holds a DVM and Master’s degree from Bangladesh Agricultural University. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Mahfuz has contributed significantly to the country’s livestock sector through sustainable practices and innovative strategies. He began his career in a leading conglomerate of Bangladesh, successfully managing one of its animal health sub business units, before joining VetCare BD to lead its growth. Having gained global exposure through international collaborations and visit, he now drives VetCare BD with a focus on national impact and global integration.

Sirazus Salekin Chowdhury is the Head of Operations at VetCare BD, where he leads business expansion initiatives, drives strategic growth, and oversees overall organizational performance. With more than 12 years of experience across leading business groups, he possesses strong expertise in branding, marketing, operations, and financial planning. Mr. Chowdhury holds a Master’s degree from the University of Dhaka and has a solid research background, having authored hundreds of articles published in national newspapers and magazines. He has built an extensive professional network within the feed additive and pharmaceutical sectors and works closely with financial institutions and key stakeholders to promote sustainable livestock development. His international exposure includes visits to the USA, Turkey, Qatar, UAE, Egypt, India, Thailand, and Malaysia.

Dr. Md Sazedul Hoque Saibal serves as the Manager of Sales and Marketing at VetCare BD. He is responsible for coordinating sales strategies, market expansion, and customer engagement while analyzing product demand and industry trends. With prior experience as a clinical veterinarian and in pharmaceutical product management, Dr. Hoque brings both field and corporate expertise. He maintains strong communication with feed industries and is a well-known professional actively engaged in various industry bodies. He earned both his DVM and MS in Pathology from Bangladesh Agricultural University, and completed an internship at Madras Veterinary College, India. He also worked as a project enumerator with the FAO.
