Dr. Md. Nagib Mahfuz, a dynamic business leader in the livestock now serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of VetcareBD. His main duty is to design, develop and implement strategic plans for the organization in a manner that is both cost and time-efficient. He is also responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization, which includes managing committees and staff as well as developing business plans. Dr. Mahfuz is expert in preparing a corporate plan and annual business plan and monitors progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible. He also establishes and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services. By serving different multinational companies Dr. Mahfuzhas gather vast knowledge in brand management and developing marketing strategies for new product launching in livestock sector. He is also skilled in planning and designing promotional material/tools to support the sales/marketing objectives with cost effectiveness. As a veterinarian he was engaged with different animal hospitals and ensured the highest quality of veterinary care, exceptional client service, associate engagement and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team. Dr. Mahfuzcompleted DVM and MSc from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh. Then he joined Clinical Internship Training Programme with Laboratory activities and Treatment & Diagnosis of animals specially pets in different institutes in home and abroad.
